americans behaviour as reflected in this video are mostly rooted on their independence of other countries- being a super-economy, they literally embraced "we don't need the world, the world need us." after all, the country's size, history & civilization is away ahead from the rest of us. yes some european counties are well-developed too, but look at their sizes. as the world's largest producers of superheroes superman, batman, spiderman, fantastic four, wonder woman to name a few, and home of the bike we in this forum are all dying for- HD based in Milwaukee, i guess that's why they can afford to behave the way they do.
nevertheless, never wake up or excite the giant guys hehee...
